Here are a few Gaming collectable pick ups/gifts that I received for Christmas & in the new year of 2024.

(Read article below.) 😊

First off, here's a Coco Bandicoot controller holder. This is a very early birthday gift from my parents. My birthday isn't until much later. (No, my birthday is not this month. Lol! 🤣) She looks great on the shelf, along with Crash and Spyro and my Deep Cut amiibos.

Secondly, during the Christmas sales, I got Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. I rented the game last year in January. I really like it and its a huge improvement from the first game. I also managed to get the complete DLC on sale this year, on the Nintendo eShop.

Thirdly, I bought the Splatoon x Zelda Splatfest themed keychains from the Nintendo online store. It cost me 800 Platinum Points/Coins to get the keychains for free. The only thing that I had to pay for was shipping.

Lastly, is a Christmas gift from my sister and her husband. They gave me a Hot Chocolate Bomb Mug set and a NES themed tin box filled with mints inside. I've already used up one hot chocolate bomb and it was actually pretty good! Not too overly sweet like other hot chocolates. (It's always the sugar that overpowers the chocolate.) I'm saving the second hot chocolate bomb for a snowy day. ❄☃️

What's Your Favorite Game That Does A Lot With A Simple Idea? #GJAsks

Line Rider.

It's not really my favorite game, but it does a lot with a simple idea. You simply draw slopes for the character to ride through. You can basically draw anything.

Uh-oh.

Looks like the battery bulge has finally caught up to my Nintendo Switch console. I had this since 2018.

I've seen people share pictures of their Switch batteries bulging a few years ago. Some looking worse than others.
