Lucida
Where your journey begins. Starting in the foggy Crystal Forest, you make your way through to the city within which leads to the rest of your journey. The city itself is a modest-sized one, being home to a few but happy group of monsters, most of which want nothing to do with the reward on your head. It's also home to the first Magician you must encounter, Bagga Bones, who lives grumpily in his graveyard to the south of the city.

Fiaru
A hot, hot city with an even hotter art scene. People from all over come to Fiaru (regardless of the heat of course) to visit their sprawling art museum and concert hall. The people here most definitely don't care about you, as the majority of the residents here are too caught up in their next project to care about bringing you all the way to the Reactor. In the concert hall, however, is where you'll find the second Magician, Maestro Macabrifico and his magic orchestra.

Astromere

The entertainment capital of the world, this starry city's casinos and resorts make a sprawling, never-dark skyline visible from miles away. Monsters from all over come to this city for vacations and getaways seeking the endless entertainment and fun this city has to offer. In the northwest of the city is an attraction like no other, though -- Mr. Toppabig and his Circus. Being the third Magician you encounter on your journey, he has reason and a will to get that reward on your head. Don't worry about the rest of the monsters there, though, as they're too busy enjoying themselves to care about a human.

Naitra

Innovation is at the heart of Naitra, which is one of the leading locations for technological progress in this world. At every turn there's something new and exciting, as the many companies based there are always racing with each other to make something new. Traversing the many enormous, futuristic and sometimes confusing buildings can be a challenge, so it's much easier to take the teleporter. All of the innovations here aren't owed entirely to technology, though, as one of the top engineers is the fourth Magician you'll encounter. Dr. Contraptious uses his magic to boost his creations to heights never thought possible, some of which are key to the city's function. Don't worry about the other residents, though. They work far too hard to care about bringing you anywhere.

Eaworth

Resources for all of these cities have to come from somewhere, and 9 out of 10 times those resources came from Eaworth. This mining city is located deep beneath a huge mountain, which means that its buildings are actually built down instead of up. The residents here are very hard workers dedicated to their mining job, which means that they most likely don't want anything to do with the Reactor or the reward, but one man might -- the fifth Magician, Axpick Coalheart, the president of Eaworth Mining Corporation.

Lapock

The town by the lake is a small town alright, but the hearts there are huge. Everyone here cares about everyone and wants to live their life. A lot of people here are fishermen, shopowners and farmers making an honest living with the abilities they have. This town's claim to fame, however, is the sixth Magician, Chef Cooknit, who is renowned for using locally-sourced always-fresh ingredients combined with his magic to make dishes of a quality seen nowhere else. Don't worry much about this town, as the people here are far too caring to give another life for money. Well, everyone except for Cooknit, who may or may not want to turn you in so he can open more restaurants.

Onyxglen (I accidentally deleted this one that jeetle wrote so its summarized)

This city is called the lightless city. It's reputation isn't as bright as the other ones. Its full of crime, and something else i dont remember. People barely come here, and when they do its to visit family or the few corporations that are headquartered here. Don't go near the borded walls, there might be a powerful which there. and she might be the last one you need

All the descriptions for bosses

Mr. Toppabig -- The Magnificent Mr. Toppabig and his Magic Circus
This bombastic magic bearer is all for delivering fun times to the residents of Astromere. You, however, are not a resident of Astromere, and the the bounty on your head could bring his circus to the next level. The entertainer won't just take you in quietly, however; he would never give up an opportunity for a good show!

Dr. Contraptious -- More Metal Than Monster!
World-renowned engineer and magic bearer Dr. Contraptious is known to combine magic with machine to create devices capable of things far beyond what can normally be achieved. A descendant of the original Dr. Contraptious who built the Reactor, he may appear weak on his own. Don't take him lightly, though. With the money from your bounty, he could build things he never would have even dreamed he could, and he'll do -- or rather, build -- anything he can to get it.

Chef Cooknit -- Would you like a side with your death?
Chef Cooknit is widely known as one of the greatest chefs to ever live, as well as one of the strongest magic bearers. Incorporating magic into his cooking, he's able to cook anything to near perfection, creating dishes... to die for. Which is exactly what he wants considering your bounty would let him open enough restaurants to be the richest monster in the world. He's willing to put up, or rather cook up, a tough fight to get that money -- can you defeat him, can you spare him, or will you end up seared, fried, and served to the Reactor?

Maestro Macabrifico -- A Catastrophic Concerto!
Maestro Macabrifico and his orchestra are near-perfect, and it's not owed entirely to practice. As one of the seven magic bearers, his performances are considered the finest. When rumors of a human arrive, however, his mind goes to the brand-new facility he could build with the money, and when the human shows up at his concert hall, he refuses to let that chance go to waste. Stay on top of the beat and avoid his sweet music, or you'll end up in a symphony of pain!

The Witch of the Mountain -- Strength Beyond Comprehension The mysterious Witch of the Mountain is the last of the seven magic bearers, and by far the strongest. Living in seclusion, in an area not even the strongest of soldiers would dare to set foot, she spends her days exploring and creating magic techniques. She doesn't want the bounty money and she doesn't want to turn you in. Be warned, however, as nobody who has ever set foot on her side of the mountain has ever returned. Hard to fight and even harder to spare, she will pose a formidable last challenge before you return to your world.

Axpick Coalheart -- King of the Caves
The cave city of Eaworth is not just a tourist destination for monsters wanting something different. It's the mining metropolis where nearly all of the mined resources for the world come from. At the head of this mining operation is Axpick Coalheart, a strong magic bearer with a will made of iron. He'll stop at nearly nothing to bring you in, knowing your bounty could bring riches to him and his men. You need his power, and it won't be easy to get. Will you drill through his heart of steel and convince him to help you, will you blast his abilities and cave him in, or will you end up a split stone?

Bagga Bones -- Undead, You Dead?
The first magic bearer you encounter, Bagga Bones was one of the first magic bearers of the hidden world. His power in his time, however, grew so great that even when his body began to fall apart, his soul couldn't leave his bones, eventually leaving him nothing but a skeleton. He now lives by the graveyard, barely using his remaining magic. When the undead whisper of another human in the hidden world, he pays nearly no mind. When that human comes to the graveyard in search of him, though, he decides he's not gonna let this opportunity go to waste. With just enough magic to summon the undead, he can still put up a fight. Rattle his bones, show him his heart, or end up six feet under.

I think that’s everything remotely note worthy.

This game was really complicated to develop and honestly the more I did it the less worth it everything became. This state was barely my project tbh. Almost all of it was rewritten by jeetle, and I don’t think I’d ever touch the game or anything for it again without him also working on it too. It’s as much as his project as it was mine. There’s an astronomical difference from the amount of effort I put into storyfell and the amount I put into this. granted I can do much more now but you get the point. I just figured I’d upload it so it doesn’t become lost media eventually. Also thank god it got rewritten it was genuinely so bad before. I was like 13-14 whenever I wrote it and now I’m 19. Never again will I write something this fucking bad lmao

Music wise here was all of it:

https://soundcloud.com/team_neo/sets/neofall-left-overs

also I can’t end it without mentioning the infamous 8 directions in water. This is what the project was really known for lol.
