I had some questions about how I did the lights in the Tokugawa helm. You can apply this to other effects. By layering of recycled packing foam to diffuse the light, then a bit of clear raft to look crisp, then I use felt to isolate the light & hide gaps.

The “Thunder Mountain” Power Station, or at least the real world inspiration for it in the game Fallout 76. ⚡ The real location is called Mount Storm. I grew up next to this place.
