I have a unique challenge for anyone who wants to try a hard Mario ROM hack.

The ROM file and more detail is available in the article.

A charged sticker will be given to each winner on a post of your choice


Not going to lie this hack is hard and unfair.

How many of you can beat it?

Let's find out!

If you read my introduction, and are looking for the ROM don't worry I will include it at the end, however it is important that you read this. Do not skip this message or you might find yourself not able to run it correctly and will not know the rules of the challenge!

  1. This is a kind of old ROM hack and was designed specifically for ZSNES, There is a version made which is meant for more modern emulators. HOWEVER, music might not work correctly for your emulator. ZSNES is recommended, but I played it on SNES9X and no big issues so depending how you play this, it may or not work correctly

  2. Mario's Evil Level is meant to be beat without the use of slowdown. It is beatable but difficult.

  3. This is a kaiso hack! It's not meant to be easy and rellys heavily on savestates

  4. There is a secret

  5. Unlike alot of kaiso hacks, this hack is mostly a single room

  6. This is only for fun

Rules for the challenge!

  1. No cheat codes of any kind!

  2. You must post a video or multiple videos proving you have beat it!

  3. No slowdown!

  4. This ROM Hack should not be shared without credit to this post

  5. You are free to use whatever controller or controls you would like, you are also aloud to use whatever video recording tool or livestream tools you want. You are also free to use whatever emulator you want on any device. But be warned: it might not have correct sound and music

One more thing to note is I will give a charged sticker to each winner, comment on this post with the post of your choosing for which a charged sticker to appear.

Winners must beat the actual level by following the rules
