I haven't posted any artwork apart from Belle Boomerang in a while. I thought this charming piece would be fun to share! I attempted a palette reminiscent of my Gameboy Color. The hues become so soft and warm in the natural sunlight.

I was worried the "blockers" in INSECTILE would annoy players - but many cited them as the best parts of the demo!

So, I'm working on new blocker types today : ) Bees leave honey splotches and water skimmers have armor that pops like bubble wrap!

I know scorpions aren't *quite* insects, but I am willing to make an exception for a super interesting shape. You also need a good mischievous-looking guy in a creature collector sometimes.

What other kinds of bugs should I add?
