Making money is awesome, but this is just silly.

A normal company would try to maximize profit while keeping the consumer satisfied.
Not drop a new tier of premium currency and literally say
"if 1000 of you bought this we could bring back that one feature you people loved so much"
Paying a 1000 dollars for a goofy avatar frame is NOT giving back. Even thinking this avatar frame is worth 1k is mind-blowing.
With a subscription plan you could provide quality of life features, give users "asked for features" and other cool stuff.
people are willing to pay 10 bucks a month for cool additions, not 1000 bucks for a thing that obscures half their profile picture.
