If my mama says its beautiful, its beautiful. Animation Overhaul #1 is going well for #Supajutsu. I changed a bunch so bear with me for an online playtest. Video is of me testing the new movement system dependent on animation. Supajutsu Update 0.3.3


Fixed bugs

Reworked movement and combat to be overall tighter and quicker

three significant hit kills, significant hits are first hit in a combo

changed target combos to act as chain combos as well

reworked attacks and animation

needs block stun asap, recoil animation acts as a block stun currently but defintely needs frame data block system

need to rework some attacks overall

needs better push on block/ pushback

needs grab rework and study

needs sweep rework, causes bugs on get up

More Animation reworking, study animation principles and 2d fighters

Looking for Feedback Below

-Debating on Combo system(all includes only one attack input)

--having two target combos x3, 4 tilts, 1 neutral, and some motion inputs or

--keeping stance changes with one joystick and the other is for movement and motion inputs or

--eliminating grab and maybe sweep and keep it supa neutral

supajutsu ver 0.4.3 testing the air system.

Goal: simulate an air dasher-lite and platform fighting lite with similar pacing and feel to normal(ground) fighting

I made a casual fighting game in a week. About 85% completed. If interested try it out and let me know how it went. Name of game: Hit The Bag. Available on itch, once completed I might make game available here as well
