Javier, who has been the second in-command of the Missing People and the Cartoon Buddies, must be the most unhinged cartoon ever. He is constantly jerkish, hot-tempered, sarcastic, arrogant, over-confident, egotistical, strong, foolish, and dim-witted. His ego would be unlikely inflated. Such as being he can be very cool, tough, brave, and evil. He even believes he's much more better than his teammates. It is why Javier is the most dangerous member of The Missing People and the Cartoons gang. He is a very villainous cartoon. He is the titular main villain of the a Week with Javier series, after all. But Javier shouldn't get overly confident or angry, or it will lead him to his weakness. That guy is keep behaving very immature. He keeps having anger issues. His toxicity is horrible. Javier really should need to redeem himself when it comes to apologizing to his teammates to show potential care for them.
