Hello! 👋 Things have been going pretty well over here. With pretty much all of the demo's plot fleshed out more, we've been able to work a lot more on the game's story-related cutscenes, rooms, etc. We're getting closer and closer to reaching the end of the first half of the demo coding-wise.
ART
Art has been worked on for various things, from the usual art that's made for posts, to a bunch of different concepts for the demo's rooms and characters. Here's a little look at some of the work one of our main artists, _rucho, has done.
Art-related things have been progressing well and the game's been getting a lot of different / new assets made as we progress further and further from the regular Undertale areas.

CODING
Work on a few of the random enemy encounters has started and is going well.
Rooms and cutscenes for the next area of the ruins are being worked on.
A few remaining bugs are a bit slowly but surely being fixed. 👍
Here's a preview of two of the enemies you'll encounter in the ruins:
Nothyp and Late Letter.
Enemy encounters are still being worked on a bit, but we're getting good progress on them. Still gotta work on some of the different / modified dialogue & attacks for when you encounter two or more of the same / different monsters and other extra things.
We've also been working on a lot of different assets and concepts for the few recent rooms that have been worked on, and room-wise, I'd say we're still doing pretty good.
For the settings, we've added a new option for anyone with colorblind issues. You can enable the option and both the SOUL and PE bar's blue color will be switched to a color more similar to Undertale's blue bullets to help. Bullets' colors would likely always stay the same either way considering that's how they were in Undertale.
Next, we've changed the game's ITEM system / menu a bit. Any equipment (weapons & armor) you have will be seperate from your regular items. This makes saving space in your inventory easier and you get small icons for items anyone in your party has equipped.
And finally, a little extras menu that might be available when the demo comes out. You'll be able to access various concepts, development-related things, credits, etc.

For anyone who doesn't know, Coster (The owner/main director of the game) was hacked on discord (He has a new account now), and eventually all of the servers owned by his old account were deleted out of nowhere. We started working on a new server sometime afterwards, and it should be ready now. Feel free to join 🎉

This's the end of the devlog. In short, coding & art have been going pretty well and we're getting closer and closer around the second half of the game. There has been a bit of progress on music too, but we won't be showing any of that just yet.
