i want to try something here on my page. i assume most of you have seen those "draw this in your style" posts before, and i want to try that out!

here are some guidelines or things to consider when participating:

• i don't care if you don't want to do the background; i nearly skipped it, lol. just remember meowth is the subject of your piece, and he needs to be in it!

• you can also add other pokémon/characters from the series to the piece. i added raichu in the background, so feel free to experiment and add whoever you want!

• you can just draw what i did, you can alter the pose, change the lighting, be creative with this :))

• it does not have to be digital! you can draw it traditionally if you want. you could even do pixel art or even 3D art if you feel inclined to take it up a notch. refer to the last section of this article to learn more about the duration of this

what to do when you post your piece:

• tag me! please tag me, i want to see what you create!

• use the hashtag: #blurrymeowth when posting

• i am okay if you just wanna post your art in the comments of this post. whatever works for you!

what happens after you post:

i just want to see creativity from all of you! i will be peeking at that hashtag from time to time to ensure i don't somehow miss someone's submission.

i am considering going through all the submissions and creating a post that highlights some of the pieces! (yes, you will get tagged if that happens)

regarding how long i will be looking at submissions, i will give it about a week or two. so, if you want to participate, start planning early! i will still check on the last day, so please don't think i won't see it. :))
