I'm going to expand the area around the buildings and then make the collision map since the pathfinder I'm using makes paths to close to the wall. If this works without any problems then there's no need to work on the other method which is taking me too long to get right. I don't know why I didn't do this in the first place. I'll try this out this week and give an update if it works. It's more work for me but I think it will be worth it!
