Okay, the results are in!

Looks like you guys want to see some of my old artwork. I will be uploading them very soon!

Last year, I posted my Toontober 2024 drawings and they got a lot of good reception. 😊

So, I will be posting more of my Toontober drawings here. They are old Toontober drawings from 2020 and 2022. There are no Toontober drawings from 2021 because I skipped Toontober that year. So, stay tuned for the Toontober drawings!

The reason why I'm posting them is because I want to do Toontober again this year.

What is Toontober? It's basically drawing art prompts during the month of October and it's something similar to Inktober, but it's not limited to ink drawings. Any art medium can be used (except no AI.) We would receive a list of prompts to draw for each day. Usually, the prompts would last every 3 days depending on which theme we're drawing. We would draw cartoons from different eras. (For example: 1920's era cartoons for 3 days and then it moves on to the next era of cartoons, etc.)

It's not only just cartoons, anime is also included as well. Now you don't have to draw every single day. If you want to draw a character during the 3-day prompt period, you can do that also. Sometimes, the people behind Toontober would do giveaway prizes.

I was one of the winners in Toontober 2022 and in 2024. In 2022, the prize I got was a book called Somewhere Out There: My Animated Life by Don Bluth. It's even autographed by Don Bluth himself!

In 2024, I got another book called, Disney In-Between: The Lost Years by Stephen Anderson. And yes, it was also autographed by Stephen Anderson. He's another an American animator, storyboard artist, and a few other roles. He worked on The Emperor's New Groove, Tarzan, Brother Bear, Meet the Robinsons, and Winnie the Pooh 2011 movie.

Of course, there were other prizes that they give away. Like animated cels, Funko Pops, stickers, etc. 🤩

The people behind Toontober have a few social media that you could join. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord. I think the Discord one is their main one.

I decided to use Ball o'String Wario fanart that I made not too long ago.

What's Your Favorite Indie Game? #GJAsks

I really don't have a favorite. I will share a game that I do like.

The Big Catch: Tackle Box demo. The full game doesn't come out until later this year, but it's a fun and challenging, precise platformer.

Toontober Day 28 - Chuckie Finster (2020)

Rugrats was another childhood favorite show of mine. First time drawing Chuckie. I just figured I'd keep the background simple and that it will help Chuckie stand out more.

We have a question and we wanna know: What's your favorite snack while gaming? Complete the quest and you'll get 100 Coins!

Toontober Day 3 - Cool Cat (2023)

It's funny that I never heard of this character before, but he does have a cool design.

We're trying to decide on our 2025 Summer persona! (We're stuck between Cottagecore Conjurer or Gaming Goblin.)

Who will you be this summer? Make up your own Summer 2025 persona and add it in the comments!

It's finally here! A NEW video! https://youtu.be/52odrwWzk38

A video where I talk about the upcoming DK Bananza game, a little theorizing, and my hopes for the game.

I wanted to release this much sooner, but the video took longer than expected to make.

Toontober Day 29 - SpongeBob (2020)

The SpongeBob SquarePants movie was so fun and silly. I figured I draw one of the outfits that SpongeBob wore during the Goofy Goober scenes. He looks so dapper in this outfit. Another fun drawing of Toontober.

It’s like…really really hot outside 🥵

What's Your Favorite Game Inspired By A Comic? #GJAsks

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Manga.

(Manga literally means comics in Japanese. So, it counts!)
