Puffins' beaks changes colour through out the year. They have the iconic orange beaks in spring and summer. Before winter rolls around, puffins shed the outer layer of their beaks and will have a smaller, duller appearance until mating seasons in the spring.
Puffins are insanely cute.

Hoping to get my skates today! I’ve been a little obsessed so I tried to stave off my tendency to be impatient by creating this cross-stitch!
Update: Skates are here. I definitely didn't fall on my butt almost immediately.
