Reinhart is a character from Dragon Force, a forgotten gem from the Sega Saturn. You unlock him as you progress through the game, and you can use his magic to your advantage. Kasumi Todoh – who debuted in Art of Fighting 3 on the Neo Geo – can be randomly selected as one of the CPU's partners during the game.
This level is the end of the alternate route in the Shadaloo area and, as you can see, the level's boss – Psycho Queen – can deal massive damage and be a great challenge.
