The first request is for a house, after that they'll ask for you to add specific things to their home that relate to their Job.
The plan is for house objects to increase their happiness and improve how well they work.

Ok, Artefacts now give % buffs to stats. I might add an option to turn them off and on, but i'm happy with this for now.
The percentages for each stat buff are added together then multiplied against your base stat, then equipment stat is added on top.

Adding Furniture to NPC Houses now gives them Buffs based on the Item and their Job Class!
Next to do the same again, but for the whole island. Different Buildings will do things like buff Happiness etc.
