Since the other johto starters got a mega i thought Typhlosion deserves one as well, so here is my idea for a mega for it. It's been quite some time since i made a new pokemon so it feels quite refreshing, hope you like it


I wanted the mega to have a secondary type super effective against fairy (to make a cycle with the other starters but not really because of mega feraligatr's dragon typing ) so out of the two options i have i choose poison. Of course with poison typing it would learn some poison moves like poison gas, smog, clear smog, sludge bomb and poison jab.

Mega Typhlosion
Type: Fire/Poison
Ability: Merciless
Upon mega evolving almost all fire on typhlosion gets extinguished. Instead of direct flames to attack it spews a poisonous and flammable gas at its opponents then combusts the gas using small embers.
