She was scrapped character from my Undertale fan game named "Undertale: Twisted Timeline," which simply never took off due to the lack of focus on the project.

Lucifer is basically the final boss of the game. Once you defeat him, the seven princes will decide your fate on weather you deserve to burn in the firey pits of Hell or not.

Meet Satan:

Satan is the prince of the realm that is Wrath Ring. You ever heard of the saying "calm before the storm"? Yeah, he is the exact opposite. As soon chapter 6 starts, all of literal Hell breaks loose.

Satan, personality wise, is a wrathful entity. Other than that, no further details in his personality.
