Some photos of my Halo Difficulty Selection Badge

3D printed, spray and hand painted. The blades are magnetized and the skull hangs via brass hook. The backing is covered in felt. The crack was cut out and lined.

Photos didn’t do it justice — here’s the full reveal of my 3D printed Ultron head in motion and light. Custom paint, internal LED rig, and that hex-mesh glow really bring this to life. Built it piece by piece… now it stares back.
