In my game “The Storm Approaches”, the enemies are “dosimetrists” — radioactive corpses that hide underground.
I added radioactive zones. They have a harmful effect on the player and are dangerous areas, but they contain pretty good loot.

I’m working solo with UE4 on a small atmospheric horror project (demo version).
