Naturally, the goods sold here are either extremely valuable, powerful or both. It is expected to trade in an item with a similar weird value to them.
The ShoP can randomly appear at any time in any shape and form, as long as the space is empty while still accessible for customers. It also has a different volunteering shopkeeper each time, so it's always a fresh experience.
