The final 1-bit Metroid of 2021 was the Omega Metroid from the 3DS remake. I liked the original too, but preferred the 3DS version. 
I am happy with the sprite, but the animation needs some love given what I've learned since 2021.

A little zombie tomato for you all today. There’s a little backstory behind this, but one of the Discord groups I’m a part of has a 1-bit tomato as a mascot and this is my version. 
I piece I did very recently for a CMSN, this is a 1-bit iso scene for a digital album cover.
I’ve never tackled organic forms in this style and I’m really happy with how the squid turned out.

My favourite game genre is a toss up between Real Time Strategy (hence the Mammoth Mk.II walker I posted 
) or RPG’s. I can’t really decide between those two, I’m afraid.
I had some suggestions for more 16x16 1-bit sprite practice, so here they are.
