Particles are cool
Just an update before I hit the sack, I figured out the entity loading and the entity cache thing like I did for Bryant's Revenge, which I'll soon be working more deeply on again starting next week,

Just added a simple thing with stretching so the level geometry is shown(it mostly works, but it's just temporary) Probably tomarrow I'll work on a bit on the movement
More Progress!
Just finished with basic editing(for regular solid geometry)
And the collision seems to actually be working flawlessly!
The areas are bigger than they look, but I'll work on that soon
I already know a particle extension already exists, but again I'm using my own custom way of rendering stuff, so I'm gonna have to create my own particle system, that's still gonna be optimized
After learning a bit about the Insta-Shield and how it works, I was able to replicate it, with a couple of changes to fit into the game
