Prologue Comic: "Something Sinister Watches"


Chayanne, a freshly graduated university student looking for her first job, successfully applies for the night guard job at the Galaxy’s Edge Funland. A mega complex featuring Laser Tag, Soft Play, an Arcade, a Day-care and much more. While on a tour of the entire building before her first shift starts, she can’t help but feel as if something, or someone, is watching her...

Cosmic Lake has spent the past two years without Chayanne, unfortunately in that time he's become... detached... from his humanity. So he's likely going to get a little... overzealous... forgetting the reputation he has now and the murderous nature of the other animatronics in the process as he fantasises his reunion with Chayanne.

All except one.

Cosmic Haiden has some concerns.

First comic done, many more to digitalise. I gave up on my more complex shading practices as it took too long to shade the entire comic. So that's why only a few of the beginning panels from the first page are shaded.

Also, I think there might be a few spelling mistakes as I'm not well adept at using Clip Studio's text option.

The explanation boxes were put there to set the tone of the AU's comic snippets, future comics will have less of these. Don't ask why, I've read too many graphic novels...

Haven't been drawing much because I’m celebrating the holidays and also needed a break from everything.
