Adding some Tooltips for NPCs.
And for some reason, to train troops is completely free... It's time to fix that. And to give to UI a better look.
Today was a day dedicated to Tooltip. Remains ugly as hell but it's working. And that's good, for now...
Next, I'm going to add tooltips for troops in academy as well.
Loading...NPCs trained in Academy will know that they are part of your team now.
