Plot Summary

Set in the 1970s in rural Kentucky, Dixie's Diner takes place at a nostalgic roadside attraction styled after the 1950s. A popular spot featuring an animatronic band and as well as a few attractions, is surrounded by a cave system that has become the major draw for visitors.

You play as the underpaid owner's grandchild at Dixie Diner, your job is to patrol the grounds and ensure the safety of the patrons and staff. Unlike traditional security games with a camera, your role involves exploring a map in a "point-and-click" style, reminiscent of classic adventure games. The attraction features a charming but eerie atmosphere, enhanced by its vintage decor and animatronic performers.

The animatronics, once harmless and entertaining, begin to show signs of tampering. Rather than being haunted, it's clear that someone is deliberately interfering with them. Your task is to uncover the motive behind the tampering and solve the mystery before the situation escalates.

Game Play

The gameplay alternates between day and night shifts, with different challenges and tasks depending on the time of day. During the day, you can explore and gather information, while at night, you must patrol the grounds and deal with increasingly hostile animatronics. By piecing together the clues and solving puzzles, you’ll uncover the truth behind the tampering and the elusive treasure, all while ensuring that the diner remains safe for its visitors.
