Welcome to Hello Neighbor: Hidden Spirits, a fan game of the once popular indie horror franchise "Hello Neighbor". The release of the original game left the general public disappointed, so I took it upon myself to create my own take on the concept!

Theodore Peterson in this game isn't your typical Hello Neighbor AI. You have to treat him like a real human. If you treat him like a minor inconvenience, you'll never find out what lies behind that basement door.

I have now officially gotten the modkit Neighbor Blender file to work in my project. Now, I'll be able to do fully custom animations along with facial animations!!

How would you guys feel about Hidden Spirits having random paranormal encounters as you sneak around Mr. Peterson's house? (these wouldn't just be over-the-top jumpscares, but rather more on the psychological side ranging from subtle to very noticeable)

So, I'm kind of torn between two choices regarding Mr. Peterson's model.
I like the facial animations, but I also love the uncanny valley feel the model gives off without the facial animations.
What do you guys think?

Just as a little preface for story-related stuff: I am not going to implement ANYTHING story related until I come up with a story that makes sense, is nice and simple, and scary. No convoluted stories in MY game. >:)
