So I downloaded the game , and I've to say you did a very good job with the game.
The chase scene was indeed creepy. Also, I liked the lighting and lock pick mechanism.
That room reminded me of distorted dimensions from Corpse Party.
Btw, that item pick and game over music was form Corpse Party, right?

Brilliant Demo, I actully Got Scared Which isn't Something Common, This Game Is Excatly Like Corpse party But Scarier, Love it :P
Nice demo but I think it needs a bit more content. I made a Let's Play of it but I had to edit out a few parts because it was mostly just me wandering about a big map trying to find the one spot I needed to find to progress in the game. Summary:
School Haunt is a horror game that gives the player an opportunity; to be able to escape in her/his own way and use every single item in her/his disposal. However, it also comes at a price... the enemies as well adapt to your plans and will 'control' the situation entirely.
The game features multiple routes but does not affect the overall ending, as it is a means of non-linearity and that there's only one ending in the first place (unless you explore more of the game). There are areas that you can go to, but are not relevant to the game's story.
