Red Riding Hood: The Legendary Chronicles

This is a little spin-off game I made by myself based on an existing fairy tale. This is a Beat em' Up game this time as Tech-Magical Attraction is a Shoot em' Up.

The story involves Red, a girl who has grown already from her past characteristics where she brings food to her grandmother and villages. The wolf is nowhere to be found here, either. As she just turned 18, a demon named Tshinderamaro had emerged from an unknown dimension and stole the 3 gems to bypass the village's barrier, then released her lower-end demons to scatter around and collect valuables. Red became alerted of the trouble, and proceeds to fight.

I worked on this game for one of the game jams, but due to personal issues, I left development in pause. This is also how I received backlash from the community for "cheating". And not to mention, this game was left unfinished for more than an entire year. I had big plans for this. I wanted to create an epic battle between Red and Tshinderamaro and excessive animation inspired by Demon Slayer, but unfortunately, life has ruined my plans, so I had to cut this game in a much shorter length than I wanted it to be.

Still, if you do still enjoyed this, I'm glad I'd get to entertain you. It's my big passion to create games like this.

Game Instructions:

Controls:

• Move: Arrow keys.

• Jump: A key.

• Punch: S key.

Mechanics:

• Slide: Down arrow + left or right key + A key.

• Air kick: Jump then S key.

There are no lives. You do have limited HP, and death will not restart the entire game but will subtract 500 points from you.
