How is this made on scratch?
"Sonic Sunrise: Reign of the Egghead" is a hand-drawn metroidvania being developed by Team Sunrise, using the coding website Scratch!
Reign of the Egghead is going to be a reboot of the four classic titles, those being Sonic the Hedgehog (1991), Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (1992), Sonic the Hedgehog CD (1993), and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles (1994).
The game will be split into four separate sections, or "chapters" as we'll call them. Each chapter will cover one of the classic games, so Chapter 1 will be based off of Sonic the Hedgehog (1991), Chapter 2 will be based off of Sonic the Hedgehog CD (1993), and so on.
The scope of this project is pretty big, and at the moment we simply don't have enough people to get this done in a reasonable amount of time. So if you're interested, fill out this application form, and if we like what we see, you'll be invited to join the team through an email! Bonk (the director of Sonic Sunrise) will be checking the responses to this form every Friday, so be sure to check your email.
