The Desolate Hope: Codename Galaxy

Disclamer: this is not a remake of The Desolate Hope and it doesn't have the same gameplay as the original, i won't reveal any other details untill the demo trailer comes out.

Lun Infinus, a space station situated in an unknown planet roaming through the galaxy, was once built to experiment on simulations ran by five sentient computers, named Derelicts, that would help preserve humans in case something happend to the Earth. The project was later abandoned, and with it the space station itself. With the building and its system in a state of degradation, an unknown virus manifested itself and started to infect the Derelics simulations. Coffee, the only resident able to move through the station and help the Derelicts, along with D-co 9, an anti-virus program able to access the simulations, decided to fight the virus from complitely taking over the Derelicts, but right as they were about to end it for good, they were defeted, and with the now broken D-co 9 chip, the virus started to rebuild its branches and take control once again.

Years later, an unknown being stumbles upon Lun Infinus. Altho their true motives are secret, by retrieving D-co 9 from Coffee's dorment body and transfering what's left of it to a new game chip, they will be able to complete the mission and restore the station to its former glory.

I can't help but hope that somehow I was successful.
