0.8.9 TO BE DONE Notes


The following are the main (TO BE DONE) updates for 0.8.9:

(COMPLETED) I will be finalizing the UI button sprites.

(COMPLETED) I will be adding custom attacks for certain enemies.

(SUSPENDED) I will be adding a small bit of animation to the second boss, as well as adding custom attacks.

(COMPLETED) I will be adding new GEAR (because right now, GEAR is WAY too scarce)
(COMPLETED)I will add more healing items.
(SUSPENDED) If possible, I will remake the main room.

I will attempt to have this done within the next week.
See you all in the next update!

Also, thank you to @VortexSans65 for assisting me by being a Bug Tester! He will make this go by much faster!

A little peak of the UT 10th Anniversary thing I making.

UI SPRITES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND UPDATED.

I didn't like the previous ones. Although they WERE unique, they were all too abstract and different. These match a bit more, while giving off a bit of different energy from one another.

PATCH 0.8.7 COMING SOON

CUSTOM BORDER AND TARGET AIM HAVE BEEN MADE.

Introducing: Deltarune Gameboy'd | Kris vs. the Roaring Knight ----------------------------------------------------------- A WIP in progress fangame in the style of Gameboy Color being made for the Undertale 10th Anniversary!

Updated the Battle UI so it won't feel so cramped.

Also added a single map with some simplified graphics.

After looking back at my code, I realized there was so much repetitive garbage. So glad I cleaned it out.

Made the first 2 attacks, and made some attacking animations for the Knight.

Edit: Since the earlier poll tied, I'm going to increase XSlash's TP cost to 50, but add a 30 HP heal factor.

Ngl, I'm really happy with how these attacks turned out.

This is by far the work I'm most proud of since starting with the Kristal engine almost a year ago. This is why I've been silent. Been working on this.

I'm not answering any questions about this btw.
