Yeah, like Marrilona’s full name implies, this man is her father:

Fandalora is a man held in high regard among the Fairies. He’s an expert on curses, and his work is to destroy, lift of otherwise make curses as harmless as possible. Fandalora is praised as the best of the best in this field. As a father for Marrilona, he is very loving, but also a bit overprotective over his daughter, and Marrilona is often annoyed by that, but when it comes to love she often returns the affection, nevertheless. Fandalora also tries to protect Marrilona for the legal consequences of her love bond with Jake. Nothing can prevent a love bond, and human or no human, the love bond is enough evidence for him and Jake is a just man with whom Marrilona is in good hands.

A little sidenote, Fandalora is Irravonia’s grandfather. Marrilona’s younger sister has become an adult in the events of Dyrt and became Irravonia’s mother, so that is how come.
