In-game console and commands


I've been creating a custom console feature for Callistbery from scratch. The console will be helpful to display messages to the player but also useful to write messages (for future multiplayer maybe) and also send commands.

Commands are designed to change your gameplay using cheats during specific gamemodes. You can find all commands at the official website new guide page:

Commands are easy to use and I've made a proper in-game debug system in case any error occurs:

These commands will be available on BetaTest v0.5 release and more commands will come in future updates. You can send any suggestions at the official Discord channel.

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.

I've worked on effects improvements recently. Smoke and dust particles are volumetric now - which interacts with lighting better and brings a feel of depth. No extra performance cost.

Items, water bodies, hand slots, better lighting and effects, dynamic weather, physics upgrade, console commands and many more on BetaTest 0.4 - now available for supporters and beta testers.
