These are Freya and her daughter Asklepia.
Freya will just serve in the game as a master teaching you healing spells you will not learn otherwise.

Asklepia is in this game just a little girl keeping her mother company, however she’ll live up to the promise she makes you when you talk to her. As a Fairy Asklepia needs 200 years to mature, but once she did she did become one of the most praised healers the Fairy race has ever seen. This little girl is thus also an important reference to the Phantasar lore as a whole.

(In case you wonder why Asklepia does not have wings, like her mother. It is stated in this game (and also in The Secrets of Dyrt) that a Fairy does not have wings until he or she reaches the age of approx 100 years. In the game Asklepia is not yet that old).
