Hey there college students breaking and entering into abandoned Libraries,
Not unlike Carmen, we've been pretty busy ourselves as we ramp up production and move ever closer to release. We've been fine tuning and revamping areas of the game for an even better gameplay experience - particularly paying attention to pacing of certain story events. We want you to be on edge, after all - and in the world of Shrouded, you never know what's around the corner. Suffice to say, even we still get spooked from time to time, thanks to the random encounters of the Freak.
As previously stated, the game has numerous instances of player choice - which allows you to shape the outcome of your playthrough. Certain actions or responses to the people you meet on your journey will determine your ending. Three endings exist: a bad ending for the masochists out there, a neutral ending for those with deviate back and forth on the morality line, and of course a good ending. Each ending decides who will escape from the Library's clutches - and who will perish, doomed to a fate worse than death itself. Many lives are in your hands, player. No pressure.
As for myself (Crimson)? It's been... admittedly chaotic at the moment. I now work 12 hour shifts, which has been making it harder to communicate with you guys and gals. Rest assured, I'm doing all in my power to get the game finished as soon as possible. You've been waiting patiently, and trust me - that patience will be rewarded soon! I may have another announcement in the coming days which I think you'll particularly enjoy.
