I am slowly getting better. It has always been expected to be a long recovery: months.
I just reached a milestone that I can tolerate the pain without medication if I am careful about my daily activities.
I'm still very limited in what I can do though.
I'm very bored during this recovery, so I'm trying to do something small that doesn't hurt my spine.
