Installed the [Use designated keys to call corresponding public events]plug-in and used it to create a practical application demonstration of using the [L] key to summon the characters profile menu.

Charge Tool Effect for the Axe updated. I'm not sure if I want to keep the indicator up the whole time with this one, previously I only had it appear when your were in front of a Tree/Grass.

The charge effect now ramps up over time instead of being base or max. Split the location indicator to match it.

For now range will be effected by Tool Quality...since I don't have different Metal Tools
