...is it this even a cutscene? well technically, an NPC does something, but then again, the player can still roam around. meh 💥
The storyboard is technically made up of cutscenes, but a lot of shots were redrawn as CGs for the visual novel game.
This is NOT one of them, but describes a "canon event" for the game.
