this might sound dumb but where do people generate the text used for trtf 4, ik the font used for it (trajan pro) but idk how to get the glow accurate to the og game

Apparently schools are closed because of it being too cold today... like BRUH, WHERE WAS THIS WHEN I WAS STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL AND I HAD TO WALK MY ASS THERE ALMOST EVERY DAMN DAY WHILE IT WAS COLD AS HELL OUTSIDE!?
