Question❓ in UNITY 3D / 2D

So I'm kind of new to Unity, and I wanna know how to get started on a 3D game, any tips?

Hey guys, I have birthday today and I just got a new gaming laptop ^^

Everything seems fine except Unity. When I want to create a new project or load an already existing one, somehow Unity doesn't have the permissions to it. EDIT: Fixed.

I'm participating in Party Jam which is targeting for party game which is multiplayer.
