The wacko robot with hypnotic abilities.
He uses his hypno screen to mind control, disorient, or mind break his opponets, or just to gain followers and to sieze more power!
He's quite selfish and rude, not a fun guy to be around.
Phantom Man
The villianous robot with a mix of Mega Man & Bass' power!
He uses dark energy to inforce his rule as the Great Emperor's second in command!
He's not very talkative, but he's a brilliant leader who knows what he's doing
