I've finished my take on a swapped Dark Prince, the Dark Duchess, Lain. She's based on Sans/Gaster as well as taking some cues from Yume Nikki. Second image is an older version of her sprite compared to the finished one.

Finished up 2 of the main Lightners for my take on a Delta-swap au, Asriel and Noelle. Don't let the more heavily armored get-up fool you, Noelle is as much of a clutsy dork as she usually is, no personality swap. Next image is the Dark Countess concept.

Drawing up the main team for my take on a Swap AU. Asriel's base design is just about finished. (Don't know how the heck I'm gonna replicate the gun from the concept sketch)

Spectre and MIDus, my take on a Swapped Seam and Jevil. Spectre is based on a Spectrogram, and MIDus is based on a music creation program. (Though if you've followed the development hell of his design, you already knew that months ago.)
