A few extra tweaks to the new UI.
Hmmm, the Converter Device UI and rework might be done?I could still add an option to remove UnConverted Items and Fuel but I don't I'm not sure that' necessary.
Updated and Fixed the Converter Devices, still need to update the Add Fuel UI section, but it's all working again :D
More tests..

EDIT2: (not shown) I've split the Wood off and made a Stone version, but I'm not sure how I'm gonna set up the animation yet.
My Crafting of Paint makes no sense...so lets rework it! (edit added the gif...ffs XD)
