Why does uploading new game builds take so long on gamejolt, its nearly instant on all other websites (Itch, etc).

Just an Idea, but what if: You could switch Certain Games with other Games?
For Example switch Bugsnax for the Switch with the PC or PS5 Version for a small Loan or so?
