I want to know the conditions for the eligibility for something to become a realm is it based on popularity or something like cultural relevance?
like for instance why does Jet Set Radio have a realm but bomb rush cyberfunk doesn't? or the game "off".
I bought all the april fools day avatar frames yesterday and they were still with me today and evening I checked my account and the avatar frames were gone
