I finished the rooms and decided to quit this project. I spend too much time on it, because I just wanted to see how my post-process would look like if I put it in the hn old graphics.

Peterson's always had a flair for being a little over dramatic, which Slime over on Discord has captured perfectly in this render!
In patch 1.6.3, the game is back to having the one-shot rule again. However, this rule is now optional for those who find it too hard.
The save system can be switched on and off via "easy mode" in the other settings menu! Best of both worlds!
