I think that in this life, the best we can preserve is our inner peace.
For example, in an exam, if youre too nervous, youre more likely to get things wrong.
I think that calmness is also really fundamental when youre habing those Self-deprecating thought

Dont take panicked actions, committing it isnt worth it, cause the "peace" you seek with death doesnt exists, because to not live is to not exist, and such being has no feelings. This is an illusion your mind has made.

Instead of complaining, lying, living your life the most comfortable way,why dont you start actually doing something about it?
Do things without energy, get up, TRY TO interact/talk w/ ppl.

I can't do this, a friend got a no touch no contact order against us and now he's starting shit, bringing stuff up with my stalker and saying I was lying when I'm not MY FUCKING PAST FRIEND TLAKED TO MY STALKER AND BELIEVED HER!!!!

People thinks bringing someone's past is a cool thing, then getting me into situations. This guy @Senderprimememe trying to cancel me, fucking reported my old community. He bringed my past. Plus he's also underaged.

My mother and little sister are keep fighting... I've started to get scared.
