Dev Logs in Jump EX

I added a New Attack "Justice Punch" to Shonen Jump Extra. It is a Fist Attack with the Attacker Delivers a powerful punch that Drops the Defender's defenses, even with a chance to confuse the enemy.

Added new Character: Komui Lee with his Skill: Paperwork Barrage, a Skill that hits all enemies with a Slight Chance of Confusion.
