Viktor Flores is such a cool character based of Cesar Torres I just HAD to draw him! Istg when I said to myself make rushed art, THIS isn't rushed art 🤧

When I felt bored of sketching my project... I made a sketch that was a bit... SUS a little bit.. then it got a little noisy near the chat apps when I sent it..
Loading...the upcoming project...but I don't know if it's good or not...but I hope it's good...and maybe this project will take a long time for me
