General in Scratch

Mecha sonic is planned to be a boss in scratch sonic but his role in this game won't be as big as it will be in the future ;)
The 9th VHS tape (kinda) just came and got published on my scratch!
Please watch a few to probably understand the story. This tape will begin a new story on how this monster you're seeing on screen was created.
